Our Complete Service doesn’t require you to know the complex rules of IRC 54.4980H or the 6055 & 6056 IRS Regulations, just give us the data, and we’ll take it from there. We’re not offering tools or kits for employers to do it themselves. We’ll design a ‘compliance plan’ and back-test it to ensure minimal penalty exposure. We will let you know which employees to cover and when to cover them and then handle your complete reporting needs at the end of the year.

Expertise
Not only is the ACA complex, but it also continues to change every year. Merely understanding the current requirements is difficult enough. Our consultants are up to date on the current IRS code and available to help with regulation-related questions. We manage ACA as it pertains to your business, so you can manage your business.
Data Curation
Your data will be handled by an expert data technician - from start to finish. Our emphasis will be to collect minimal data needed for reporting purposes. We will focus on existing or available reports out of your current system to build your data and will not demand that you adhere to any templates. The data will then be cross-checked and validated for consistency.
Form Generation
Once we’ve collected all the necessary data, we will generate the 1094 and 1095 forms to be supplied to your employees at the end of the year. We are not a software service that focuses on completion - the data, codes, and forms are reviewed by human experts every step of the way to ensure that each form is accurate and every eligible employee receives the necessary IRS forms on time.
IRS Filing
Creating the forms for employees is only one of the mandated requirements for an Applicable Large Employer. The information on the 1094s and 1095s must also be filed with the IRS directly. United ACA has software approved for filing with the IRS’ AIR system.
Compliance Tracking
We will provide periodic check-in reports regarding aspects of ACA as it pertains to your business. These reports tell you which employees are eligible for coverage, forecast future eligibility, track potential penalty exposure, and much more.
